At Avalon, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund.
